Shiatsu is an ancient practice that combines the healing power of touch with the anatomical knowledge of the body. Shiatsu incorporates finger pressure, tapotement, stretches of the meridians and acupoints. My massage focuses on healing the body, mind and spirit (The Three Treasures)and balancing Qi. This includes stress reduction, relief from muscular tension, spasm/pain, and improving circulation. By fully nurturing and protecting your Three Treasures, you virtually assure yourself of health, happiness, and a long life.
What makes my massage different is that my massage focuses on healing. A lot of massages only have mental benefits (stress relief and relaxation) but my massage has both mental and physical benefits (Treating chronic pains, sports injuries, aches, etc.). By full body assessment and integration of techniques I am able to incorporate multiple massage techniques for the purposes of health and wellness.
